Only what you give us in a form: your name, your email address, and your answers to the optional questions (for example what you collect or want to learn, and which of our research or course options you are interested in). Our hosting provider also records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.

To reply to you, to send the specific material you asked for (such as the Pop Report Primer or course details), and — only if you tick the box — to send occasional alt. updates. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising profiles.

Consent for marketing updates and for sending material you requested, and legitimate interests for replying to enquiries and keeping records of our correspondence. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

Enquiry and waitlist details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your email so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Our website hosting provider and our email provider process data on our behalf under contract. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum apply.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and ask us to stop sending updates. Email Cyberindexfund@protonmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would prefer the chance to put it right first.
